How do I make a purchase?

Please kindly complete the Order Form with accurate information, which will allow our dedicated team to promptly reach out to you for payment and arrange product delivery. Your estimated shipping cost will be calculated based on your shipping address, please make sure it is a valid address to avoid any inconvenience.

How do I make a customised order? Is there any surcharge? 

​

Kindly complete the Order Form and select the Customised Design checkbox. This will allow our team to contact you regarding design requirements, payment, and product delivery. Alphabet letter printing is complimentary, while graphics will have an additional charge of S$10. Thank you for choosing us for your custom order.

What payment modes do you accept? 

​

We accept PayNow (SG only), Online Bank Transfer (SG only), Credit Cards and Paypal Wallet.

What is the shipping arrangement? Which countries do you ship to? 

​

We ship worldwide. All our orders are shipped by registered mail or courier. The tracking number will be sent to your email once the order is completed. You may also refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more information.

How long will my delivery take?

​

For local orders, it may take 2 to 3 working days. For international orders, it depends on your location and selected shipping partners, which usually takes up to 14 working days. You may also refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy ​for more information.

It's a gift for someone, can you do gift wrapping or insert a message? 

​

Our products are packed nicely using eco-friendly packaging materials. Please let us know if you need to insert a message for your loved ones, a handwritten note card will be inserted at a flat fee of SGD 3.

I have received the wrong or defective item! What should I do? 

 

We are terribly sorry for the unpleasant shopping experience. Kindly note that we try our best to check every item manually before shipping. In the event that you have received the wrong or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours upon receiving the product. We will assist you accordingly to resolve the issue.

Do note that our leather pieces are meticulously crafted using vegetable-tanned leather that undergoes minimal treatment to preserve its natural finish. We embrace the unique characteristics of each hide, including natural grain and shade variances, as they are inherent qualities of high-quality leathers and are not considered defects.

The item does not fit me. Can I get a refund or exchange?

Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for this case. We encourage our customers to carefully review our product descriptions before making a purchase. You may also refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.

The actual colour looks different from my screen, can I get a refund or exchange? 

 

Please be aware that slight colour variations may occur due to factors such as lighting, device settings, and differences in colour resolutions. We make every effort to present the most accurate representation of our products in our store. However, please note that we do not offer exchanges for these minor colour variations.

What leather do you use?

Our leather items are crafted from vegetable-tanned leather, a minimally treated type of leather. This traditional method of tanning uses natural tannins derived from plant materials, such as tree barks, avoiding the use of harsh chemicals commonly found in other tanning processes.

Vegetable tanning allows the leather to maintain its natural characteristics and unique markings, resulting in an authentic and organic appearance. Over time, it develops a beautiful patina, adding to its charm and individuality. Compared to tanning methods involving synthetic chemicals and coatings, vegetable-tanned leather offers a more natural and eco-friendly choice.

In our commitment to sustainability, we also source quality leather scraps from tanneries and showrooms to upcycle unused pieces, incorporating them into some of our products. By choosing our vegetable-tanned leather items, you not only acquire a high-quality product but also contribute to a more environmentally conscious and sustainable lifestyle.

Will your jewelry tarnish? 

​

Tarnishing is a common occurrence with fashion jewelry due to chemical reactions to humidity and other chemical. To minimise tarnishing, it is advisable to keep your jewelry away from harsh substances and store it in an airtight bag when not in use.

Please note that gold plating may gradually wear off over time and with frequent use, revealing the metal underneath. This is a natural process and inevitable for fashion jewelry.
