Returns or exchanges are NOT allowed under the following circumstances:
 

1. Change of mind: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products due to a change of mind.
    

2. Earrings & Bracelets: For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings & bracelets. 
    

3. SALE items: Products priced at a discount are considered a sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
    

4. Customised order: Items that have been customised are not eligible for return or exchange.
    

5. Made-to-order items: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order items.

REFUND

Please note that all items purchased are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE

We understand that circumstances may arise where an exchange is necessary. We evaluate exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the following:

1. Items must be shipped back to us in their original packaging and in unused condition.

2. Customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs of the return and exchange items.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide you with further instructions and assist you throughout the exchange process.

WRONG or DEFECTIVE ITEM

We are terribly sorry for the unpleasant shopping experience. Kindly note that we try our best to check every item manually before shipping. In the event that you have received the wrong or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours upon receiving the product. We will assist you accordingly to resolve the issue.

Do note that our leather pieces are meticulously crafted using vegetable-tanned leather that undergoes minimal treatment to preserve its natural finish. We embrace the unique characteristics of each hide, including natural grain and shade variances, as they are inherent qualities of high-quality leathers and are not considered defects.
