AVAILABLE IN-STOCK ITEMS

 

For all in-stock items, we are committed to efficient processing, packing, and dispatching them within 2-3 working days upon receipt of payment.

CUSTOMISED or MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

 

The production lead time will vary based on our current production schedule. Once we have received your payment and confirmed your order, we will promptly email you with an estimated shipping date. We seek your understanding that all customised pieces are handcrafted and made to order by our artisan, longer waiting time is expected during busy seasons. 

 

We place great importance on providing clear communication and transparency throughout the entire process of production and shipping. It is our aim to keep you well-informed at every step, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience with Mellowhide.

 

PARCEL TRACKING

 

All our orders are shipped by registered mail or courier. The tracking number will be sent to your email once the order is completed. Please note that once the product is shipped, we are unable to assume responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. While we take great care in packaging and selecting reputable shipping partners, circumstances beyond our control can arise. Therefore, any risks associated with shipping, including loss or damage, will be the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If you have a preferred delivery partner, please check with our team for special arrangements.

LOCAL SHIPPING (SINGAPORE)

 

We offer complimentary delivery within Singapore. We use Smartpac which is trackable and delivered by Singapore Post to your letterbox in 2 to 3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (REST OF THE WORLD)

 

We offer complimentary worldwide registered shipping with a minimum spend of SGD 150. Do note that it does not include applicable duties and taxes that may be levied by the country you are shipping to.

 

For orders less than SGD 150, the respective shipping costs will apply. Our team will inform you the shipping cost before order confirmation. Mellowhide will not be responsible for delays at customs. If you have a preferred delivery partner, please check with our team for special arrangements.

FAILED DELIVERY or RESEND

 

Recipients are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our company due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. Standard shipping fees will be incurred for resending the parcel. Please ensure that your delivery address and mobile number are accurate, so that your gorgeous goodies will get to you as quickly as possible.

GIFT WRAPPING or GIFT MESSAGES

 

Our products are packed nicely using eco-friendly packaging materials. Please let us know if you need to insert a message for your loved ones, a handwritten note card will be inserted at a flat fee of SGD 5.
